I did this page design for you. You may use it however you want. The only thing is that you have to use at least one <blockquote> to indent the text, unless you want it on the darker background.
The center cell, this one, is 748 pixels wide. The top consists of four images, the bottom one. And of course, there's a background image.
| OR, in lieu of <blockquote> for an indent,
you could insert a table as I did here set at 650 pixels wide with
no border. The table should be set to align center. If you decide
to place all the text and images within this table, then set the
surrounding cell to align center. This is probably the easier
method to use and less prone to problems. You may also want to
consider doing every thing in bold. Not sure how well this
reads otherwise. I'm not having a problem, but who knows.
