All Copyrighted work is protected by Federal Copyright Law and International Treaties. 

NO ORIGINAL WORK MAY BE USED, COPIED, SAVED, REPRODUCED OR INFRINGED UPON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 

Additionally, in the case of a contracted design of any nature, CENLYT Productions-ms designs shall retain full and exclusive Copyrights on all original work created by CENLYT Productions-ms designs until such time the work has been paid for in full. This does not apply to designs which are "templates" created by CENLYT Productions-ms designs. In that event, the Copyright shall remain the exclusive property of CENLYT Productions-ms designs and appropriate Copyright notice MUST be provided on the HOME/INDEX page of the site using the template design.
